John was employed in the manufacturing sector for 10 years with a leading UK group of companies. He then found his footsteps walking on the path of knowledge, when developing his current skill set and establishing himself with a global cost reduction company, Expense Reduction Analysts (ERA). John started the company, Specialist Cost Auditors back in 2004, from the original inception of the business, he has been leading a team of cost reduction analysts who are delivering massive savings for businesses across the UK and Ireland.
Since the business was first established as a cost reduction company, the marketplace has changed significantly over the last five years into a new environment of technology and opportunity. Our business model has adapted to these circumstances and developed with this, into a high-level business consultancy. A lot of the options now available, are very unique, bespoke and not your typical standard offering within industry. Cost reduction still plays a significant role within the company, John has grown the business consultancy, massively in that time frame, is constantly driving the business forward by securing new clients and maintaining high standards.
Paul brings 25 years of business development experience to the company, gained largely in the financial services, insurance and specialist tax sectors. Paul has worked closely with both sme and corporate companies across multiple market sectors including manufacturing, engineering, IT & Software and hospitality. Paul is looking to build and develop relationships with both end user clients and the professional introducer market, to help companies improve their working practices and to help them to become more efficient and competitive.
Jeremy oversees ongoing projects for our clients in the south of Ireland. His background is advertising, marketing and sponsorship and has been a director in several organisations. He is innovative, has great flare and always thinks outside of the box. Jeremy creates the most effective and efficient solutions which empowers companies to be sustainable and competitive in the marketplace.
Colin is very much a ‘hands on’ Business Leader with 40 years experience in international businesses in Europe, Asia and USA, and a background in sales, marketing, data management and mining and finance. He has significant involvement in change management, strategy development and deployment, acquisition, restructuring, fund raising and turnaround situations. He now runs own Business “High5strategies “developing international finance, investment, international marketing, executive mentoring. coaching and global business development. He is also the President of The Sri Lanka Business Council UK and brings a significant wealth of experience to Specialist Cost Auditors.
Martin provides a very long established track record to the company with over 35 years experience and expertise, we are pleased to have him as a member of the team.
He has worked on many enterprises across Europe including Germany, Belgium, Italy and Switzerland particularly within manufacturing and educational sectors of industry.
